We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after registering and paying for a course to request a refund. Courses we customize for you are not eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must not have submitted any course assignments. We do not offer refunds for in-progress courses. Once a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We will allow students to change into another course on a case-by-case basis. Please note that the new course may be shortened, depending on the amount of instruction you received in the previous course. If you would like to change courses, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will evaluate your request.
